I was frankly dazzled when I first saw Brianna last night. It's now the morning after and I have yet to recover. Lines from Andrew Marvell come insistently to mind: 'A hundred years would go to praise/Thine eyes, and on thy forehead gaze/Two hundred to adore each breast/And thirty thousand for the rest..." In a less prosaic age, a phalanx of besotted poets would have produced whole sequences of odes and sonnets to Brianna's physical perfection. Add to that her unaffected charm, elegance, verve, sweetness, and spontaneity, and the picture of a truly delightful companion whom it is impossible to stop thinking about with longing and amazement begins to come into focus. If the future is kind, it will hold many, many repeats.
