The Japanese animation world has brought a lot to the fetish world. Being cartoons in nature, anime can be bent to the will of the animator, and through a number of “fan service” productions, specialized series and characters are created to cater to the men who watch it. The ability to create women who act, dress and move in a certain way allows a fulfilling experience for men who want a specific fetish displayed for them on the screen. These sexual personas are always an adventurous idea in the bedroom if you’re into a little role-playing.
Dojikko (Adorable, Clumsy): This is a very popular character archetype in anime, be it sexual or dramatic. A Dojikko is a cute, clumsy girl, usually in a servant’s role. She means well, and tries to do her best, but usually fails spectacularly, requiring a male character to look after her. She can be shy and apologetic, but always returns to her strong desire to do a good job (and her inability to do so.)
Meganekko (Glasses, Intelligent Look):A counter to the Dojikko, this girl has a quiet, intelligent look, usually aided by wearing glasses. The true fetish of the Meganekko isn’t that she is intelligent, but that she has the façade of intelligence. Even though she may be dressed conservatively with a calm demeanour, she can discard the illusion of a composed, strong willed woman at any point to give in to desire. Think of it as the Japanese version of a sexy librarian or teacher.
Tsunderes (Angry, Unstable):A Tsundere is a female character that is constantly frustrated and angered by those around her in a comical fashion. These girls react violently to others, and tend to keep their feelings hidden. The fun part of this fetish comes from the Tsundere becoming very flustered with her own emotions when she finds a man she likes. She will blush and deny her feelings before finally giving into her bottled up emotions.
There is a vast universe of sexual preferences that exist almost exclusively in the anime world. The fun part about these fetishes is reproducing these female roles to really turn on the men who have a connection to this aspect of Japanese culture.
